Compassion fatigue is a form of suffering. It’s common among healthcare professionals, whether they’re working in the USA or internationally. In this session we’ll look at the causes and remedies for compassion fatigue, and we’ll discuss both secular and faith-based practices that can forestall compassion fatigue and restore our joy in patient care.
