Susan Post, D.Min, MBA has served as Chief Executive Officer of Esperanza Health Center since 2005. Under her leadership, EHC has experienced sustained growth in its reach to serve the people of North Philadelphia through comprehensive primary care services to adults and children, dental services, and behavioral health care as well as comprehensive community wellness programs. Esperanza Health Center is a Christian ministry whose mission is to serve the most vulnerable in North Philadelphia, removing access to care barriers as well as culture and language barriers for those seeking health care services. Susan previously served as Vice President, Finance and Administration at Westminster Theological Seminary, and prior to that has a background in hospital administration in New York City and over 30 years of healthcare management experience. She lives in the Hunting Park community of North Philadelphia alongside the people she serves. Susan earned her Doctor of Ministry in Urban Missions degree from Westminster Theological Seminary and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Bridgeport. She serves on the boards of a variety of organizations and currently serves on the board of the Christian Community Health Fellowship.
